Chef Maxi is an Argentinian chef whose career spans more than two decades across Europe, the Middle East, South America, and the Caribbean. Trained at the Escuela Superior de HotelerĂa in Buenos Aires, his career has taken him through renowned luxury hotels and Michelin-starred kitchens, including the InterContinental and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London, as well as culinary experiences throughout France, Spain, Greece, Dubai, and beyond.
Throughout his career, Maxi has opened and led restaurant concepts, managed international culinary operations, served as a private chef for high-profile clients, and worked in food and beverage consulting. His experience has shaped a culinary style rooted in Argentine tradition while influenced by the flavors, techniques, and cultures encountered throughout his travels.
Today, Chef Maxi and his wife, Marisa, are the owners of El Quincho Asador and Revel Catering in the Texas Hill Country. At El Quincho Asador, Maxi brings Argentine live-fire cooking and the spirit of the traditional quincho to the table, creating an experience centered around fire, food, wine, and gathering. Through Revel Catering, he brings that same culinary approach to private events and celebrations throughout the region.
With decades of international experience behind him, Chef Maxi continues to create food that honors his Argentine roots while bringing together the global influences that have shaped his career.
