Experience

Our wood fire outdoor kitchen is a window into the classic Argentinian "Quincho" with an open concept. Our kitchen is a stage and our Chef is at the center.

Specializing in Argentinian wood fire grilling and a clay oven cooking, we have created the perfect venue for an immersive dining experience. Chef Maximiliano Pettit is here to share his love of diverse cuisine and ingredients, and Argentinian open fire cooking with locals and travelers alike at this one-of-a-kind venue. Join us for an evening of sharing and celebrating amongst friends and family.

Quincho - Noun [quin · cho]

A Quincho is more than an outdoor kitchen—it’s a gathering place where friends and family come together to celebrate the simple joys of good food, great company, and the warmth of a shared fire. Traditionally, different cuts of meat are slow-grilled “a la parrilla” over wood and coals, creating flavors deeply rooted in Argentine culture. The person in charge of the fire, known as "el Asador," is both a chef and a storyteller, crafting each dish with care and tradition.
